Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our trusted international suppliers to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Once received, your order can still be returned for a refund under our 30-Day Return Policy.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for handling. During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take longer.


How long will it take to receive my order?

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 8–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days


What if I don’t receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 business days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in GBP, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. AuraCable™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


How do I return an item?

Please contact us at info@auracable.com to start a return. All returns must follow the process outlined in our Refund Policy.


What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please email us immediately at info@auracable.com with your order number, photographs of the item(s), and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
